Garry Dorr founder of the Signature d o r r PARIS, created September 17, 2012 Le Grand Bistro. With the support of his father, Willy Dorr founder of the « All Inclusive » Menu, now offers in addition to the legendary menu, possibility to choose à la carte and specialties in the pure spirit « Family House ».


Work of several months of research throughout France permitted to develop a menu of signature products : from north to south of France, over fifty artisans offer all or part of their production to our chefs. The ambition of Le Grand bistro is to provide the best French products, Local Products and Organic products.

The sauces and sides are simple and individually hand made each day by our kitchen team.

The big names are present : Oysters « Grand Cru » David Hervé at Marennes Oléron, Vegetables from Joël Thiébault at Carrières sur Seine, Meat from Hugo Desnoyer,  Paris 14th and Frank Samoyeau, Poujauran bread, Paris 7th, Baguette Moulin de la Vierge,  Paris 7th, Bordier butter from Saint-Malo, Olive oil from the Castle of Estoublon from Baux de Provence, Cheeses from Marie-Anne Cantin,  Paris 7th, Valhrona chocolate from Tain-L’hermitage…

Organic products are highlighted : eggs, lemons, red Label Scottish salmon, Juliet apples, blood oranges, …

Products made every day by the artisans of Le Grand Bistro are not forgotten : House aromatic oils, infused at least 15 days, minute turbined sorbets & ice cream, house-made desserts.

Le Grand Bistro is proud to build itself on the invention of the All Inclusive Menu and an family experience of the art of Bistro. The atmosphere at Le Grand Bistro is a family house which will well receive and provide an accessible experience : the past values of Tradition are present and guarantee the future, Modernity. The choice of products, generosity, kindness of the service or affordable prices are all ingredients that guarantee the success of the same recipe for 37 years.

The arrival of the new generation of the Dorr Family with Garry Dorr aims to preserve the family recipe but adding its signature products, à la carte choice, a few personal touches and the name Le Grand Bistro.
With the signature d o r r PARIS, this restaurateur signs his commitment by what he has of most intimate : his name.
