Owing to privileged relationships with my many suppliers, we are able to source the best fresh ingredients, local produce, and organic products, directly and without intermediaries to then prepare them 100% in house. Therein lies the secret to offering, at very accessible prices, home-made foie gras, Fine de Claire David Hervé N°2 oysters, giant Burgundy snails, fresh French scallops, French lamb, Aubrac beef, and wines by Georges Dubœuf and Paul Mas.
From the very beginning, there were three golden rules: to serve fresh and extraordinary French ingredients, to prepare and cook everything in house and most importantly to offer everything in an all-inclusive menu at 44€ that takes you from the apéritif through to the coffee, passing by the starter, the main course, the dessert and of course not forgetting the wine!
